School-Year and Substitute Positions Available Pay Rate:
$20.00-$25.00+/hour (School Year) | $140/day (Substitute)

Day Shift, Monday-Friday Assignment Length:
School Year and Substitute Opportunities Available Our client, a specialized educational program serving students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs in Central Maine, is hiring multiple all levels of Education Technicians and BHP professionals for both school year and substitute positions. These positions offer up to $25.00+/hour for year-round staff or $140/day for substitutes and are available for immediate start . This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in a highly collaborative educational environment where your work directly impacts student growth, success, and their transition back to community school settings. Typical Daily Duties:
Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges Assist students in achieving academic progress and IEP goals Teach positive coping skills, safe boundaries, and healthy relationship-building Encourage behavioral growth and support successful outcomes in school and the community Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success
What We're Looking For:
Ed Tech I, II, or III certification through the Maine Department of Education BHP certification or willingness to become certified Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral, emotional, or educational needs preferred Reliable transportation and valid Maine driver's license Strong communication skills and a commitment to helping students succeed Ability to pass background and reference checks What's in It for You?
