Qualifications/Experience:

Current certification as an elementary education teacher Prior experience teaching at the elementary level, preferably in a general education classroom Strong classroom management and organization abilities Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction for all core subjects to a 2nd-grade class Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure a positive learning environment Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and adapting methods as needed Foster a safe, inclusive classroom culture where every student feels valued and motivated to learn Maintain accurate student records and participate in required meetings or trainings
