60+ college credits required Valid and Current Michigan Teacher Certificate preferred Previous teacher or guest teaching experience preferred

Primary Job Responsibilities :

Plan, prepare, implement and document high quality instruction and assessments to meet the needs of all students according to State of Michigan standards Honor and carry out district initiatives, professional development, and curriculum Communicate regularly and effectively with parents, and colleagues, and administration Participate in a Professional Learning Community setting by collaborating regularly with team of teachers Integrate technology effectively in a variety of forms on a daily basis as appropriate Exhibit a positive demeanor and support a positive work environment Maintain consistent attendance and report to work on time as expected Monitor the female locker room Attend all meetings required for this position Complete assigned tasks, reports, and other requirements on time Exceptions may be made as deemed appropriate by

Administration Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk over extended periods of time in a work day Ability to sit for extended periods of time in a work day, and to sit/stand several times in short periods of time
