Position Overview As a Substitute Teacher at Blue Bridge School, you won't just be managing a classroom, you will be facilitating interactive learning experiences, supporting small groups, and engaging with students in a fun, positive atmosphere. Because our approach is dynamic and non-traditional, we count on our substitutes to bring energy, adaptability, and dependability to every shift.Key Responsibilities Instructional Support:
Facilitate engaging individual, small-group, or project-based learning activities in alignment with school plans.Positive Community Building:
Foster a joyful, respectful, and safe environment where students feel encouraged to explore and express themselves.Shift Reliability:
Arrive promptly for scheduled shifts and maintain high standards of dependability to support the continuity of our school day.Supervision:
Oversee indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring student safety while maintaining a relaxed and welcoming culture.Communication:
Leave clear, helpful notes for returning staff members regarding the day's activities and student progress.Qualifications & Requirements Certification/Background:
Relevant experience working with youthReliability & Punctuality:
