Qualifications:
Must possess and maintain a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with EX and/or MA endorsement preferred or Full-Year Basic Substitute Teacher Permit required or the ability to obtain one. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team to plan instruction, analyze data, and implement interventions and enrichments for students Demonstrate ability to develop and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
Responsibilities & Duties:
Establish a positive learning environment with highly effective instruction and appropriate routines and procedures. Employ a variety of instructional techniques to ensure student academic growth Utilize technology to enhance and individualize instruction and stay current with changing trends Communicate student progress and concerns regularly with parents and colleagues Attendance is an essential job function
Terms of Employment:
This is a long term substitute position. Position will be employed through EduStaff (unless a retired MI teacher) Contingent upon passing post-offer background checks
