9659634-55369 Job Description Bring your dedication and experience as a paraprofessional to an engaging, center-based program supporting young learners aged 2 to 3 years old. This contract opportunity provides a rewarding way to make a difference for early childhood students each day in a collaborative school environment. Working weekdays from 8:00am to 2:30pm, you will focus on helping students reach their goals in a nurturing setting alongside skilled educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Support instructional and behavioral goals for students within a center-based special education environment Assist teachers with individualized educational plans, class routines, and daily classroom activities Foster a safe and motivating atmosphere designed for older toddlers and preschoolers Help with classroom setup, organization, and adaptive materials for students unique needs Communicate progress, concerns, and observations to classroom teachers and other team members Supervise students during transitions, mealtimes, and throughout the school day

Qualifications:

Highly Qualified Paraprofessional status (must meet ONE of the following): Passing score on MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (attach official score) At least 60 completed college credits (official transcripts required; diplomas or degrees not accepted) Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an early childhood/elementary school setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to supporting young learners in a structured, caring environment Ability to provide required documents (resume and highly qualified documentation) for consideration
