Reserve Teacher Handbook Position Description:
Our Reserve Teachers create an encouraging learning environment for our students while their regular teacher is absent, effectively managing and instructing the class from roll call through the end of the school day. Some responsibilities include:
Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for students Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions and maintain a positive learning environment Requirements; A current MN Teaching License is required. Substitute license can be obtained if you have a 4-year degree.
