Qualifications & Experience:

Active substitute certification on file with the state or proof of passing the Paraprofessional exam, plus a high school diploma Experience working in school settings, especially with behavior needs Willing to complete required fingerprints (candidate covers upfront cost) Demonstrated reliability and strong transportation to maintain consistent attendance Ability to adapt to changing environments and assignments

What Youll Do:

Partner with teachers to implement learning plans and behavior supports Assist students across various settings (classroom, small group, one-on-one) Support behavior interventions and promote a positive classroom culture Help with daily classroom routines, transitions, and activities Communicate effectively with school staff to meet student needs Maintain confidentiality and uphold student dignity at all times

Position Details:
