Key Qualifications:

Active substitute paraprofessional certification (SUB cert) through DESE is required Prior experience working in schools, particularly supporting students with behavioral or learning needs Willingness to complete required fingerprinting (specific to district requirements) Dependable transportation for consistent attendance Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with patience and flexibility
