Substitutes are essential in ensuring students continue to learn and grow every day. Substitute teachers may also be referred to as substitute educator, guest teacher, or relief teacher. Minimum Requirements:

• 18+ years of age ( 20+ to substitute within high school level )
• 36 college credit hours or high school diploma AND completion of substitute training course
• Kelly offers the substitute Pathways Substitute Training course for candidates without the 36 college credit hours

• Missouri Substitute Certification Process Substitute Pay Rates:

• Consecutive days worked in any classroom within Ritenour School District
• Teacher and Librarian, including ECE
• 1-11 consecutive days: $150 per day
• 11-30 consecutive days: $180 per day
• 31+ consecutive days: $240 per day
• Teacher and Librarian, including ECE (Retiree)
• 1-11 consecutive days: $180 per day
• 11-30 consecutive days: $240 per day
• 31+ consecutive days: $265 per day

Paraprofessional:

$20 per hour

Clerical:

$20 per hour Responsibilities and Job Description(s):

• Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
• For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments Perks you'll enjoy with
