Minimum Requirements:

• 18+ years of age (20+ to substitute within high school level)
• 36 college credit hours or high school diploma AND completion of substitute training course - Kelly offers the substitute Pathways Substitute Training course for candidates without the 36 college credit hours -

Missouri Substitute Certification Process Substitute Pay Rates:

Substitute Teacher:

$120 per day

Paraprofessional:

$15 per hour Responsibilities and Job Description(s):

• Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation
