Edustaff is eagerly seeking to hire Substitute Teachers with the Wright City School District for the 25-26 school year! What are the benefits of being an Edustaff Substitute Teacher? Perform a variety of duties in assisting a licensed teacher in the implementation and support of instructional programs for students in group or one-on-one settings. Prepare instructional materials, maintain classroom discipline, and lead planned activities designated by a licensed teacher. Help develop and maintain a positive school-wide learning environment. All Substitute Teachers MUST meet the following qualifications: Must hold a degree and have completed a teacher preparation program. OR apply for a Content Substitute Teacher Certificate through the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE). Minimum requirement for Substitute Teacher Certification (MO 36 semester credit hours from a regionally accredited college, academic degree-granting college or university OR complete a 20 hour DESE approved course. To apply for work in Wright City School District, you must undergo a background check (fingerprinting) using the 4-Digit Registration Number Code for WCSD. Details and requirement information will be provided during workshop.
