Key Qualifications:
Associates degree or completion of at least 60 college credit hours required Proven experience working with K-12 students in a classroom, therapeutic, or support setting strongly preferred Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators, therapists, administrators, and parents Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments Basic technological proficiency, particularly with virtual learning platforms
