Qualifications:

The role requires a friendly, outgoing individual with a professional demeanor who thrives in a fast-paced environment . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and time management skills and will demonstrate the ability to understand and follow procedures effectively.

Job Goal:

This position will coordinate substitutes in their building and reports to the building Principal.

Hiring & Training:

Review applications, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and train incoming substitute teachers.

Scheduling & Supervision:

Coordinate substitute teachers within the building, ensuring smooth operations. Filling in as a substitute as needed. Assumes responsibility, when available for overseeing pupil behavior in class, and other assigned periods (study halls, lunchroom, Core etc.) Communication is key between building staff and supervisor. Exchange report/timecard to SAU weekly. Assist in the Front Office as needed. Single medical benefit offered with this position.
