Job Description
Job Overview:
Lebanon Middle School seeks a full-time Long Term Substitute 6th Grade Literacy Lab Teacher for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year ending on 06/15/2026. Literacy Lab is a skills-based English/Language Arts course focused on strengthening reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and discussion skills through structured lessons and guided practice, using a cross-curricular approach with the Sixth grade team.. The Ideal candidate will need to be able to: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom culture. Embrace innovative teaching practices such as Project & Problem-Based Learning. Utilize technology effectively to enhance learning. Engage students in real-world applications of English literacy and social studies. Work well in a team-based model and contribute to a strong professional learning community. The regular work schedule is 7.5 hours a day, Monday-Friday with a 30-minute duty-free lunch.Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Education or related field is preferred. Valid NH Elementary Education (K-8) Certification or NH English Education (5-12) Certification. At least 1 year of teaching experience is preferred.Benefits:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
