This is a great chance to learn our school culture and enjoy a flexible working environment. This position includes guaranteed daily work, benefits and a salary competitive with per diem sub work. This is a 10 month position. This position requires a minimum of an Associates Degree. Responsibilities Include Filling in for classes when teachers are out of the classroom Support students struggling with behavior and emotional challenges and mentoring young people Occasional tutoring support in high needs areas Assisting in the classroom when there is no subbing need Flexibility to take on different classrooms any day Developing relationships with students Learning basic special education interventions to use when subbing for special educators Rochester Academy Charter School (RACS) is a public charter school, primarily serving students from the city of Rochester.
