Job Description

SALARY:
$15.25 - $16.11 per hour based on education

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To assist in implementing the curriculum; work with a small group of children and interact one on one with a child when necessary; comply with the Head Start Performance Standards, Ohio Preschool program rules and BCESC regulations, policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED. Willingness to complete in-service trainings. Willing to continue professional education and training. Knowledge of Early Childhood Development principles. Willingness/Ability to work as a team member. Valid Ohio driver's license, with good driving record. Good organizational skills. History of good job attendance. Must pass criminal background check, and be free from communicable diseases.
