Wage:
$18.01 per hour Hours per week: varies by accepted assignment
Location:
varies- service area includes Linn and Benton counties. On call staff select the days and locations they are available to work.
Position Purpose:
Provide classroom assistance in a supportive role participating in developmentallyappropriate activities.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up environment (indoor/outdoor) for the activities of the day. Provide assistance to teacher in working with children, individually or in groups in the classroom. Follow lesson plans as directed by the teacher. Cooperate with supervisor in classroom operation. Participate in classroom and center clean up. Assist with meals, eating with children. Additional Job Responsibilities Attend and participate in program meetings/trainings as requested by supervisor Complete all areas of responsibility in compliance with program code of conduct and confidentiality policies. Be a contributory team member in a positive/productive manner. Demonstrate commitment to mission, values and policies in the performance of daily duties. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
