Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting or similar environment preferred Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting diverse learners Flexibility to adapt to varying classroom needs and routines High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus Successful completion of required background checks
Responsibilities:
