Job Description
What You'll Need:
Active Occupational Therapist license for Oregon (or eligibility) Experience delivering OT services in a school setting Familiarity with IEP documentation, therapy planning, and progress reporting Strong communication skills to effectively serve students, families, and staff Adaptability to work with a diverse K-12 caseload Motivated self-starter who can operate both independently and within a teamYour Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students to determine OT needs in alignment with IEPs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide both direct and indirect OT services within the school environment Collaborate closely with teachers, case managers, and parents Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings Offer creative solutions to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skill deficitsPerks and Benefits:
