Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated daily Substitute Teachers to join our team and support various classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to students' education and development. Duties
- Implement lesson plans left by the absent teacher
- Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
- Manage student behavior effectively
- Provide instruction across various subjects and grade levels
- Support students' learning and engagement
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity in education Skills
- Familiarity with childhood development principles
- Ability to work with students of diverse needs, including those with autism or special education requirements
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents effectively
- Experience in classroom management and behavior guidance
- Proficiency in literacy education techniques
- Knowledge of preschool or elementary education practices
