  • Our Client's Description of this Opportunity Our client's are seeking dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join their educational team.
The ideal candidates will step into various classroom environments, providing support and continuity in the learning process when regular teachers are unavailable. This role requires a passion for education, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students across different subjects and age groups. Client's Summary of Responsibilities Deliver lesson plans provided by the regular teacher effectively and ensure that students remain engaged in their learning. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Facilitate student participation in activities and discussions, promoting literacy education and critical thinking. Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Support early childhood education initiatives, particularly in preschool settings. Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those requiring additional support in math or literacy. Maintain accurate attendance records and report any issues or concerns to school administration. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and development. Client's Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree
  • required Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (1 year preferred) Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies for engaging students effectively.
Knowledge of childhood development principles, particularly in early childhood education and special education. Experience in lesson planning or curriculum development is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents. A background in subjects such as math or literacy education is beneficial.
