•8 school dedicated to fostering the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of every student. Our mission is to provide a nurturing environment that enables our students to reflect and develop their talents and abilities as they strive to become strong Catholic leaders.

The ideal candidate will:

Foster a nurturing, faith-filled classroom environment rooted in Catholic values Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for Language Arts Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth Uphold and model Catholic teachings in both word and action

Responsibilities:

Teach Language Arts to middle school students in grades 6-8. Follow established curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional expectations. Implement lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and academic standards. Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment. Provide meaningful instruction in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and literature. Assess student learning and provide appropriate feedback. Maintain classroom routines, expectations, and student accountability. Communicate professionally and appropriately with students, parents, and faculty. Participate in school activities, meetings, and other responsibilities associated with the position. Support and promote the Catholic mission and values of the school. Participate in school activities and uphold the mission of Blessed Trinity Academy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; education or English/Language Arts background preferred. Prior classroom or teaching experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and administration. A genuine interest in working with middle school students. Commitment to supporting and respecting the mission and values of a Catholic school.
