Precision HR Solutions is partnered with the Sharpsville Area School District in western Mercer County and searching for "Substitute Secretaries" to help fill in for school secretaries and administrative assistants during the 2026-2027 school year. If the candidates are already working part-time, these positions can often help fill in the gaps in the candidates' schedules. If the candidate is looking for full-time work, there may be temporary, full-time opportunities available to help cover a staff member's vacation(s) or leaves of absences. Otherwise, the best way to work full-time hours would be to consider adding substitute work in other areas or positions, such as a paraprofessional/aide or perhaps as a cafeteria worker.
Substitute Secretaries:
$14/hr Clearances required within the last year: PA Criminal Background Check PA Child Abuse Clearance FBI fingerprints through the Dept. of Education Act 126 Clearance (online Mandated Reporter training) Arrest/Conviction Record form (Act 24) and Act 168 clearance (Precision will provide these forms for the candidates to complete) Don't know how to get your clearances?
