Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS Prepare and serve food efficiently, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are met Handle retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and expedite service during busy periods Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Square POS is highly desirable Strong background in food handling, sanitation, and food safety management Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality service Experience with retail sales transactions, cashiering, and upselling techniques beneficial Knowledge of the food industry, including café or grocery store experience, is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
