The position is flexible, you work the assignments that fit into your schedule. Range of pay is $100-$115 per day, paid through Substitute Teacher Service. Duties Deliver prepared lessons aligned with curriculum guidelines across diverse subjects, including math, literacy, and early childhood education Implement curriculum development strategies to meet individual student needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements Manage classroom behavior effectively through behavior management techniques and classroom activity organization Foster a safe, inclusive environment by applying classroom management skills and supporting students' social-emotional development Adapt instructional methods to accommodate students with autism, developmental disabilities, or other special needs Engage students in creative writing, Montessori-inspired activities, or other innovative instructional approaches Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth lesson implementation and provide feedback on student progress Experience Prior classroom experience Proven ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds, including those with disabilities or developmental challenges Experience developing lesson plans, organizing classroom activities, and implementing curriculum strategies Strong communication skills for effective mentoring, tutoring, and working collaboratively with school teams Familiarity with behavior management techniques and instructional adaptability to meet diverse learner needs Knowledge of literacy education, math instruction, and creative writing methods is a plus Demonstrated professionalism in proofreading educational materials and supporting childhood development initiatives Join us as a Substitute Teacher and make a meaningful difference in students' lives!
