1 year old Teacher We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Substitute Teacher to join our educational community! Responsibilities Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques and classroom activity organization. Support students' social-emotional growth by fostering a respectful, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere. Assist with lesson planning and curriculum Communicate clearly with students, staff, and parents when necessary, maintaining professionalism and transparency at all times. Qualifications Prior classroom experience Background clearance Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds Proficiency in classroom management Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and motivate students effectively.
