Bachelor's Degree One of our clients is seeking a Daily Substitute Teacher in the Memphis, TN area for the 25-26 School Year.CLIENT'S HOURS
- Monday - Friday
- Flexible shifts available- pick and choose days that work with your schedule
- Standard school hours
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Plan a program of study and unit/weekly/daily lessons that, aligned with the school's curriculum and that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and is developmentally appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
- Take necessary and reasonable precautions to assure safety in the classroom and the school for all students
- Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations
- Assist the administrative team in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct
- Make provisions for being available to the students and to the parents for education-related purposes outside of the instructional day when required or requested to do so under reasonable terms
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues
- Actively engage in all professional development opportunities
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree minimum
- 2+ years' experience in an urban school or community organization highly preferred
