About the role HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Group Class Instructor to support the fitness team at our community client site in Beaumont, Texas. This on‑call/substitute role is perfect for instructors who love variety and flexibility. You'll step in as needed to lead energizing group classes when our regular instructors are unavailable—making a real impact on the health and well‑being of the community. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
