Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM (school hours may vary by campus). As a Substitute Teacher, you'll play an important role in maintaining continuity in the classroom by following lesson plans, supporting students, and creating a positive learning environment when the regular teacher is absent. Substitute Teacher Responsibilities As a Substitute Teacher, you will: Follow teacher lesson plans and guide students through daily instruction Maintain a structured, respectful, and productive classroom environment Manage student behavior and keep students engaged throughout the school day Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess as needed Communicate effectively with school administrators and staff regarding student behavior or concerns For long-term Substitute Teacher assignments, additional responsibilities may include lesson planning and providing enhanced classroom support. Qualifications Minimum of 60 college credit hours or an Associate's Degree At least one year of childcare, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or related experience preferred Strong communication and classroom management skills Reliable, adaptable, and professional Passion for supporting student learning in a K-12 school environment
