We're looking for caring and dependable Substitute Teachers to join our Spanish Schoolhouse team! Substitutes support our classrooms when regular teachers are away, helping ensure that our students continue to learn and grow in a safe, happy, and language-rich environment. As a
SUBSTITUTE TEACHER
, you get to: Create a welcoming, positive, and engaging atmosphere for children ages 18 months-5 years. Follow lesson plans and daily routines provided by the Lead or Assistant Teacher. Interact with children using Spanish throughout the day to reinforce language immersion. Lead songs, stories, games, and hands-on activities with warmth and enthusiasm. Support classroom management and positive behavior redirection. Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety standards. Requirements of aSUBSTITUTE TEACHER
include: Experience working with young children (preschool or early childhood preferred). Conversational to fluent Spanish required. Warm, patient, and energetic personality. High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education coursework a plus. Must meet state childcare licensing requirements and pass a background check. Flexible availability to work on short notice when needed.
