Collaborate with school staff to implement effective classroom management techniques and maintain a positive learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding student progress and classroom activities. Assist in the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students. Monitor student behavior and address any issues promptly and appropriately. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including grading assignments and maintaining student records. Requirements Previous experience in a classroom setting, preferably as a substitute teacher or teacher's aide.
