Classroom Assistant

Classroom Assistant North Pole Montessori School ```Duties```

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
• Provide support to students in a preschool or elementary classroom setting
• Help create a positive, independent learning environment
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher/parents ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting
• Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
