Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment. Assist pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing. Support classroom activities and help prepare learning resources. Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms and pupil needs. Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and school staff. Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times. About You We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are: Experienced in, or passionate about, supporting children and young people. Reliable, adaptable and confident working in a school environment. Patient, enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupils' learning. Able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
