Description:

DUTIES Must be able to provide: Transportation Supervise medication protocols and policy. Ongoing alcohol/drug testing of clients Implement and reinforce program policies as continuous part of group and individual client interactions. Intake, transition, and support of clients in medium and low intensity residential programs. Document all interactions and services, as they occur, to team leaders and other relevant staff; participate in all staff discussions relevant to client care.

Alternating Weekends Requirements:

Supportive attitude toward individuals who are recovering from addictions and co-occurring disorders; an understanding of the underlying problems these individuals face during the recovery process; should continually increase as part of ongoing professional development General knowledge of the bio-psychosocial effects of addiction/co-occurring disorder in the individual, family, and community; should continually increase as part of ongoing professional development Have the ability to work in a team oriented program; coordinating client goals/needs and program operation responsibilities with all staff as a team Valid Alabama Driver's license. High School Diploma or GED
