Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Residential Services Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a newly established independent living home . This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing program during its early stages, with significant potential for increased hours, responsibilities, and advancement as the home expands.

Initially, this position will be part-time with limited hours while the home is being established and client enrollment grows. As the program develops, this role has the potential to grow into a larger leadership or operational position . Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary local point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and support teams. Conduct regular check-ins at the home (minimum 2-3 visits per week). Assist with onboarding and transition of new clients moving into the home. Support residents with general questions, concerns, and problem resolution . Coordinate responses to home-related issues, maintenance needs, and repairs . Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed. Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment . Monitor the overall condition of the home and report concerns. Assist with documentation, organization, and operational tasks . Identify opportunities to improve resident experience and home operations . Support program growth and development as the home expands. Qualifications Experience in residential services, independent living, supported living, property management, human services, or a related field preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills . Ability to work independently and take initiative. Reliable transportation and ability to make local site visits. Professional, dependable, and resident-focused mindset . Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism . Schedule & Compensation Part-Time Position Flexible schedule based on current program needs. Initial hours may be limited during startup phase. Pay:
