Cullman City Schools' Support Personnel Evaluation PlanPERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with supervision of EDP children. Assists with preparing and serving snacks to children. Cleans up after snacks, meals and art activities. Assists in preparing and conducting arts and crafts activities with children. Assists with the supervision of recreational time on the playground or in the gymnasium. Assists in maintaining the children's behavior to achieve a safe and functional learning environment. Maintains confidentiality of information regarding EDP children. Adheres to school system rules, administrative procedures, and local board policy. Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and ethics, working cooperatively with the Board, the Superintendent, administrators, certificated and non-certificated personnel, parents, and students. Demonstrates proficiency in written and oral communication. Attends all meetings as required by the Superintendent. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
