Two years of College (96 Quarter Hours or 48 Semester Hours)

JOB GOAL
To assist teachers and students in such a way that the learning process for students will be enhanced.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Behaves ethically and refrains from disclosing information of a confidential nature. Demonstrates consistent integrity, dependability, and reliability. Maintains speech, appearance, and behavior which are appropriate to school. Demonstrates a supportive attitude toward the school program. Adheres to the assigned work schedule with consistency.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists assigned teacher with classroom materials, record keeping, and all other assignments so designated by assigned teacher. Works cooperatively with principal and other school personnel. Performs other reasonable and appropriate assignments as may be delegated by the administration in accordance with the policies of the Gadsden City Board of Education.
