JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
A high school diploma from an accredited institution Successful completion of at least two years (48 semester hours) of study at an institution of higher education; or, an Associate's Degree; or, successful passage of WorkKeys A current substitute teacher license Such alternatives or additional qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Non-Exempt Performance Responsibilities:
Works under the supervision of the school principal or person delegated by the principal. Keeps or helps keep an inventory of all materials and equipment. Attends workshops relating to assigned responsibilities. Projects a favorable image of the school and school system in working with students, parents, and community. Renders services in support of the school program. Performs assigned duties accurately, promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Accepts instructions and strives continuously to improve competencies needed to perform assigned duties. Attends meetings as may be required by the school principal or other delegated persons. Serves on school or system-wide committees. Participates in PTO projects when requested to do so. Performs other assigned duties as may be necessary in the operation of the total school program. Evaluation Performance evaluation shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policies and administrative procedures and guidelines.
