As a key support, you will work onsite to prepare students for their virtual SLP sessions and may assist teachers within the classroom when sessions are not occurring. Desired Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher, completed WorkKeys test, or a valid substitute certification Previous experience working within a school setting Flexibility to assist in both SLP facilitation and classroom support as required Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks Strong communication and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

Support students in transitioning and preparing for services with virtual SLPs Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide assistance in classrooms when students are not receiving SLP services Ensure a supportive, organized environment for students and SLPs Adjust to varying schedules and locations as needed across multiple school sites Foster a positive and inclusive experience for students and educational personnel
