Desired Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher, or successful completion of the WorkKeys assessment Previous experience working in a school setting Ability to pass a fingerprinting and background check Flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to adapt to changing needs Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist virtual Speech-Language Pathologists by preparing students for online therapy sessions Ensure students are at the correct location and ready to participate in services Step in to support classroom teachers when students are not scheduled for virtual services Maintain a positive and safe environment for students throughout the day Collaborate with staff to support students' academic and social needs Work across potentially multiple school sites as assigned
