Ideal Experience and Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or higher, or completion of the WorkKeys test, or active Substitute Certification Previous experience working within school settings Ability to adapt to shifting classroom and student support demands Willingness to assist both virtual SLPs and teaching staff as needed Successful completion of fingerprinting and background check

Key Responsibilities:

Support virtual SLPs in preparing students for therapy sessions at designated sites Guide and monitor students as directed during virtual SLP services Collaborate with teachers and support staff, providing classroom assistance when SLP sessions are not in progress Foster a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for all students Communicate effectively with both remote and onsite team members You'll serve across three schools, adapting each day to meet students' and teachers' evolving needs.
