In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom for pre-kindergarten children. You will assist with implementing developmentally appropriate lessons, provide extra support for children with diverse or specialized learning needs, and help manage daily classroom routines. Responsibilities include supervising children, reinforcing positive behavior, maintaining a clean environment, and communicating with families and staff.
