Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Paraprofessional to join the Arcare Center for Education team. In this role, you will play an active part in supporting each child's growth and development. As a valued part of the classroom educational team, you will assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and participate in classroom, playground, and walking field trips. This position helps ensure program standards and requirements are met and maintains a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for students. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom experience. The Paraprofessional will adhere to all performance and outcome standards set by the approved program, and attend all staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Certificates & Licenses:
Candidates must register with the Arkansas Professional Development Registry (PDR) and complete a minimum of 25 hours of in-service or workshop training each year. This training should focus on Early Childhood Education or related topics and must be approved by the Center for Education Director.
