Starts at $14/ hour | competitive, based on experience My Friends and Me Learning Center at First Presbyterian Church Bentonville is looking to hire a reliable, caring and energetic person to provide care for young children enrolled in our extended care program. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising children (ages 3 months to 5 years old), facilitating fun and educational activities, and ensuring their well-being through attentive care and positive guidance.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children independently Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment Prepare and provide simple snacks Follow all licensing expectations and safety procedures Communicate with parents, teachers, and other staff The ideal candidate: Is responsible and dependable Is also patient, friendly and trustworthy Can work independently and comfortable with routine care for children Enjoys working with young children (3 months - 5 years old) Has previous childcare experience (It is a plus! but not required) CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided) Applicant requirements: 18 years of age or older Provide a High School Diploma or GED Pass criminal and child maltreatment background checks Authorized to work in the
