As the only program of its kind in Arkansas, we create a structured environment that fosters self-discipline, self-respect , and motivation , empowering youth to grow into successful young adults. Our center offers a comprehensive approach , that includes an on-site school, vocational training, library, clinical and medical services—everything necessary to help students develop both the academic skills and life skills they need for success. Pay :

$18.01 - $18.82 per hour based on education and experience.
