Assist lead teachers in developing and executing age-appropriate lesson plans focused on literacy, math, social skills, and early childhood development principles Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies Engage children in activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development, including preschool care Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration Support children with special needs or disabilities by working closely with specialists and adapting activities accordingly Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials, toys, and learning resources Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's growth Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and curriculum development techniques Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with children, parents, and team members Classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment This role is ideal for passionate individuals eager to support early childhood education through active engagement, thoughtful planning, and compassionate interaction.
