Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a significant impact in the educational setting by providing essential behavioral support as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite under the guidance of a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting students and staff while contributing to a positive learning environment. Your role will be key in implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting students' progress. Ideal candidates bring expertise and dedication to fostering growth for children in a school setting.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred BCBA licensure and hands-on experience in behavioral interventions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and students Ability to work reliably onsite through the duration of the contract (ASAP - May 2027) Adaptable and able to thrive under virtual supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavioral intervention services to students under the direction of a BCBA Track student progress and collect data on behavioral goals Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement intervention strategies Maintain excellent records and documentation of each session Attend meetings and virtual supervision sessions as required Support a safe, inclusive, and positive educational environment for all students This is a single-position opportunity providing meaningful impact within a supportive team.
