Key Experience & Qualifications:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred Familiarity with classroom routines and support, especially within elementary education Patient, compassionate approach to managing and responding to diverse student needs and behaviors Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic school environment

Responsibilities:

Provide direct classroom support to teachers and students throughout the school day Assist with instructional activities, adapting tasks for students as needed Support students during group work, transitions, and other classroom routines Help manage student behavior and reinforce positive interactions Collaborate in developing strategies to ensure every students success Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with your summers free to pursue other interests.
