Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher's Aide to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will assist the teacher in providing a supportive and engaging learning environment for students. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing atmosphere that promotes the development and education of children. Duties Assist teachers in lesson planning and implementation to ensure educational objectives are met. Provide care and supervision for toddlers and young children in a daycare setting. Engage in behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior among students. Facilitate learning activities that encourage social interaction and skill development. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members regarding student progress and needs. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to working with children, including those with disabilities. Potty training. Requirements Experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting is preferred. Knowledge of lesson planning techniques and educational best practices. Familiarity with special education principles, particularly related to autism and behavior management. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff. A passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental needs. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team within a childcare school environment.
